RETURNS

We want you to love your Delani Jewelry products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns are accepted, in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unused and damage-free merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.  To process your return please reach out to us via our  Contact Us page, to initiate the process. 

To help us cover the costs associated with inspecting, restocking, repackaging and processing returned merchandise, a $8.99 processing fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges. 

The processing fee is waived if we shipped the wrong item or if the item arrived damaged.

Lifetime Color Warranty

Our jewelry is waterproof and tarnish-resistant. If your gold or silver color ever tarnishes, we’ll replace the item under our Lifetime Color Warranty.

This warranty covers color issues only and does not cover lost items, broken chains, normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage from improper use. We understand that each case is unique, and we aim to provide the best customer service possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
